📦 Shipping Within UAE
- Free Shipping on orders above AED 150
- Flat Rate AED 15 on orders below AED 150
- Delivery Time: 2–4 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
For remote or out-of-service areas, delivery may take 7–8 working days.
🌍 International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
🚛 Shipping Partner
All orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partner (SkyEx or equivalent courier service).
📍 Delivery Coverage
- Delivery is available within major UAE cities
- Orders outside city limits may be delivered to the nearest courier office
- Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available within UAE
- AED 18 COD fee applies
- Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery
📦 Order Processing & Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before processing
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- Shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch
🔍 Order Tracking
- You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order
- Once shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number (AWB)
- SMS/email updates
You can track your order using the provided tracking link.
⚠️ Shipping Liability
- All items are checked and packed securely before dispatch
- Once handed over to the courier, BrightLifeUAE is not responsible for:
- Damage during transit
- Loss or theft
We recommend customers track shipments regularly.

- Standard packaging is included
- In rare cases where extra protective packaging is required, additional charges may apply
📋 Inspection Policy
- Orders are verified before dispatch
- Courier partners confirm item condition at the time of pickup
